Hervé Auch-Roy is a high technology professional with a broad Design, Product Marketing, Business Development and Entrepreneurship experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) applied to many different industries, such as Industrial Control, Automotive, Security, CleanTech, BioTech and HealthTech, to name a few.

Hervé's expertise spans across multiple domains such as IoT & M2M (Internet-of-Things & Machine-to-Machine), SaaS (Software as a Service), SaaP (Software as a Product), Big Data, Optical Communication Systems, Biomechanical Systems, Biometric Systems, MultiMedia Systems, Payment Systems, Embedded Systems, Microelectronic and SuperComputers, for Automotive, Communication, Medical Devices, MultiMedia, Command & Control, Security (IT & Access Control), Transportation.

Hervé held leadership positions in large companies such as IBM Corporation, Thomson MultiMedia, ST Microelectronic, Oki Electric, as well as smaller companies, in high tech clusters such as California's Silicon Valley, in New York State's Poughkeepsie-Fishkill IBM International Research Center, in French Silicon Valley (Grenoble-Alpes), and Germany. Hervé is a recognized technology expert volunteer of the Mission for Science and Technology (MS&T) at the French Embassy in the USA, and the founder of the West Coast Entrepreneurial Alliance (WCE Alliance) initiative, developing and strengthening bilateral collaboration among innovation clusters on a global scale.

As part of the WCE Alliance initiative, Hervé provides high value added consulting services in:

- Entrepreneurship and Economic development

- International development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Startups

- Support to High Technology Embedded Systems definition and implementation

- Business development, Partnerships and Distribution strategy

- Cultural insight in doing business in North America and Western Europe

Hervé holds a MSEE from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) in France, an MBA from the American Management and Business Administration Institute and University in Cambridge, MA.
